The two floats are Pump OnOff float and High Water Alarm float.This control does not have a relay, and all pump amperage will go through the OnOff-Pump Float. This control is designed to operate pumps with internal capacitors and a float switch that is already connected to the pump. If using external capacitor pumps, the capacitor kit from the pump manufacturer must be used.

This control panel will operate a 208240 VAC single phase 2 HP pump or smaller.There are two circuit breakers in this control.The pump uses a 20 Amp double pole circuit breaker, and the alarm uses a 10 Amp single pole circuit breaker.The alarm is designed to be used with a float switch.When the float switch closes, the 360 degrees top mounted red alarm light will come on, and the Piezoelectric buzzer will sound.There are alarm test and buzzer silence switches mounted in the door of the enclosure.This control can be used to pump sewage from a septic holding tank to a treatment unit or for pumping effluent from a low pressure dosing septic system.

The enclosure has a NEMA rating of 4X which protects from falling dirt, falling liquids, hose-directed water, and corrosive agents.The 8x6x4 enclosure is made of Polycarbonate and has a hinged lockable door with latches and included screws to secure the door if required.All electrical components are mounted inside the enclosure on an aluminum back plate.

Features

8 x 6 x 4 Polycarbonate Enclosure, NEMA 4X

Hinged lockable door with one latch.

Two circuit breakers for the protection of components.

Demand operation using a pump rated wide-angle float.

Alarm light and Piezoelectric buzzer.

Alarm test and buzzer silence switch.

Captive terminal strip for field wiring.

PN RJR-SCP-LPDB2-N02

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0731/9892/8033/files/LPD-B2_Control_Panel-01-02_1200x1200_51aa324c-2f97-4bb5-b6d0-364c15c806db.jpg?v=1780545323
aerobic-septic-clock-timer-control-panel-e4l
Aerobic Septic Clock Timer Control Panel E4L

The E4L replaces the discontinued ACP-PC-2A.

Aerobic Treatment Units (ATUs) typically have a couple devices that require electricity. Often times ATUs use their control panel for three main purposes.

The first purpose of a common ATU control panel is to provide power to an air pump. Air needs to be constantly injected into most ATUs, so the air pump needs constant electricity.

The second purpose of a common ATU control panel is to power and control an effluent pump. Systems that use a spray field to discharge their effluent will need a pump to push the water out of the sprinklers. However, running the pump when there is no water in the tank will damage the pump. A float switch is often used with the control panel to ensure the pump only activates when there is water in the system.

The third purpose a common ATU control panel is to alert the homeowner when a problem is detected. If the pump fails, the water within the tank will begin to overfill the system. A high-water alarm is used to alert the homeowner when the water level in the tank is dangerously high. Additionally, air needs to be injected into the system continuously. ATU control panels often have another alarm that triggers when the aerator malfunctions.

The E4L comes equipped with a clock timer to control the water pump. Clock timers allow the homeowner to specify what time of day they would like their pump to activate. Additionally, the pump is can be kept deactivated when the homeowner expects to be in their yard. If the tank fills up too much outside of the timers settings, an override float switch will activate the pump to prevent the system from flooding. The override float switch will activate the pump without regard for the timers setting.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0731/9892/8033/files/8_IMG_3071_600x600_72dpi_1200x1200_e544312f-b2e7-4c52-beed-3b4c13be9211.jpg?v=1780545455
